Two machines send web pages to each other using the Edge browser, one of them fails?

Browser version: Both are 94.0.992.31 (official internal version) Beta (64-bit)
PC1: WIN10 Professional edition
PC2: Windows 7 flagship edition
When PC1 sends a web page to PC2, it receives a message.
No prompt message is displayed when PC2 sends a web page to PC1.
