Two-Finger Scrolling Broken

For at least two months now I've had a problem with two-finger scrolling with the touchpad. Only in Chromium Edge as well. When scrolling with the touchpad, my cursor disappears, the page scrolls slightly, and the right-click context menu appears. I've reported this issue, I've also tried the many solutions posted including rolling back drivers or even uninstalling them. The problem persists.

    Same here on HP Envy & Edge Dev version 79.0.279.0.
    To add to your report, within the PDF handler, it shows context menu but also zooms out to the minimal amount, page looks like a tiny stamp.
    My current touchpad driver is Synaptics SMBus ClickPad version 19.5.35.47 dated from the 29th of July 2019.
    This is a quite blocking pain, hope it gets fixed soon.
    The issue has also been reported here, but no MS action for now..
