Same issue here, I've an HP Omen x15, with the latest Edge build.

    This is what happens every now and then, when I do a two-finger scroll...

     

    Have a look at how big the LinkedIn page and then have a look at the Zoom level that the Edge Beta says - 100%.  I'm sorry, but this is a complete joke...

      That's the same problem I have with two-finger scrolling. After plugging a Omen Reactor mouse, it disappears. The problem is still here [Microsoft Edge 79.0.309.15] neilhobbs76
