I'm a student and I read papers every day. I really need the text note feature to be available soon.

    it is available on Edge dev and canary.

    OneNote also has this feature. you can send web pages to OneNote and work on them there for now.

      I mean this feature,  but it seems not to appear in the new edge canary. PDF imported into OneNote cannot select words directly.

        Oh yeah adding notes or sticky notes to PDF and web captures hasn't been added to Edge yet. i'm looking forward to this feature too!
