David Rubino The ink/handwriting input panel is still not presented when tapping in web page text boxes or the browser's address bar with my Surface Pen. I don't see this issue on the list, but I desperately hope somebody is working on it. It only furthers the perception that Microsoft isn't serious about touch-based devices.
