What happens when you press on Fix it?

I forgot to mention that last night when I posted - nothing happens. I'm not sure if it tries to do anything, as there is no noticable activity... I will have another look this evening when I get back home

HotCakeX I had a similar problem and when I hit fix it, sync failed and changes to my favorites were disregarded on that browser on that device. The problem has spread from Can to Dev.
