I would suggest a system to lock the browser to not accidentally zoom the notebook touchpad, sometimes the page takes time to load or I slide my fingers and the browser zooms the page, this is not a browser defect, but it would be fine coming the 100% crash to stop this buzz, by the way the defect of Youtube was already resolved last week on Edge Canary.
