Add "text notes" feature to PDF files is my favorite feature and glad to see it soon.
Many users asked for this feature.
True, I was referring to stable release and NOT Dev or Canary.
Many users are using Microsoft Edge as their default browser in production environment and for this reason, they won't use beta and under development version. So they have to wait for features in stable release.
