MissyQ Set tabs aside allows me to start fresh with just one click, and restore the browser to a previous state later with two clicks, including the history for each tab and the scroll position on the pages. If the alternative you implement doesn't allow me to do that as easily, I will be very disappointed. And I guess it won't; otherwise, why would you call it an alternative?
What MarinM said about set tabs aside restoring history for each tab and the scroll position on the pages is critically important to me as well. The original implementation allowed a user to start fresh in one click without loosing nothing at all.
And yeah like hotcakex asked, have you guys postponed tab previews to somewhen later ?
