i wouldn't want that, use an extension.

use ublock origin extension. mobile version of Edge is also using an extension for adblocking.

No it's not added yet, it's still experimental and you have to enable it from flags so no it's not added.
Also it doesn't tell you how many tabs you are running which makes it half useless.
The rest is not up to you to decide, thankfully.
