Which channel/version are you using?
secure DNS is available on the latest version 81.0.385.0 canary
Version 80.0.361.23 Dev
But it was there before, i was using it. Last few days it disappeared.
- Hopefully it will return when the next major update for Dev channel is released, which is 3 weeks overdue
