Hi Bdsrev, I recognize this question from our Reddit AMA. I wrote up an answer to this, but it got lost in the chaos and was never published. So without further ado, here is our response about the scrollbars in Microsoft Edge not being dark when the browser is in dark mode:
"We are aware of this issue, it has several pieces to it. we have already added dark mode to the browser frame scroll bars. There are also web page scroll bars and we are working on getting those to display properly, but do not have an ETA at this time. - Elliot"Elliot Kirk Elliot it's been quite a while and I can't find anything about the dark mode scrollbars, can you give us a progress update please? Elliot KirkElliot, since the scroll bars are the only remaining significant element that have not been updated to dark mode, could you ask those involved to make it a higher priority? Once dark scroll bars ship, Edge's dark theme will be complete!

Yes true,
to add to that, the Top bar on Edge insider should be set to dark theme too, regardless of Window's color settings.
I want the top bar to be either dark or transparent/Acrylic but if i set the Windows color to dark, a lot of things will be unreadable and it's not even comfortable for me to use the whole Windows in dark theme.
so I prefer my Windows color to be something like green/blue etc and Edge insider's top bar be dark or transparent
Elliot Kirk Elliot, would yous please consider making the dark mode scrollbars a higher priority so it gets done sooner? It's the only major, highly visible element remaining that hasn't been updated for dark mode 😞
