Tooltip got FIXED in IEMODE in Edge!
Windows 11 Pro 21H2 - Edge Version 101.0.1210.39 (Official build) (64-bit)

Scott_Rutledge using the same edge/windows version as you mentioned, the attribute <title> still does not provide native tooltips on mouse-over with IEMode in Edge. Tested with: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_global_title
