There is a dashed/black line over the search box when vertical tabs are in use.
I found in the latest update versions that there is a black/white line when I use vertical tabs.
Sometimes it is dashed or blinking.
The current version is 146.0.3856.97 (Official build) (64-bit)

This is the version intended for Ubuntu; the version for Windows functions properly.
