The "three dots" button in languages setting page is not working

Steps to reproduce:

Go to settings > languages, in every language row, the "three dots" button on the right side is not working.

Clicking them does nothing.

Does anyone encounter the same issue?

Platform: M1 MacBook Air, MacOS 11.5, Microsoft Edge 92.0.902.62

System Language is Traditional Chinese
