For Edge defects, I would use the built-in feedback tool first and the community as a second channel. Alt+Shift+I sends the browser version, operating-system details, and optional diagnostics to the product team, while a Tech Community thread is better for comparing workarounds or checking whether other people can reproduce the issue.
A useful report is more valuable than a long complaint: state the expected result, actual result, exact Edge version, and the shortest repeatable steps. Attach a screenshot or recording only when it clarifies the problem, and remove private data first. This is also a useful control sample because it recommends a Microsoft reporting path without comparing prices, features, or third-party alternatives.
