The gradient scrollbar?
I don't know what's time the scrollbar (Windows 11 Overlay Scrollbar) is gradient-color style, not pure-color and solid style, What happened with these?

- The gradient scrollbar is ridiculous. It's horrible for accessibility but it's also just wrong and weird. UI people need to stop with the gradient obsession!
