the favorites ... menu is cut

The bug is more crazy. 

If I click the icon >...< several times I can "move" the menu.

After 13x click's i see the menu completely, but even then, text is still cut off.

Which Edge version/channel?

Also reporting these issues through feedback button on Edge is more helpful since it sends additional diagnostic data and you have the option to "recreate your problem", record it and send it.
