The buggy animated spinner was a cool design

Aww... Anyone else thought that was a cool design for a spinner?
I thought it was a feature and not a bug - Could it be turned into a feature?
I personally think it ties well into the Fluent Design System with the depth element 😜

Here's a few screenshot of what it looked like. I was able to get them on a device that had not yet updated 😅

I agree, that bugs are not cool, but I am asking: If this had been a design choice, would you have liked it?
