Temperature/Greeting on NTP

Hi there,

From past few builds, the NTP does not respect our content location & showing the temperature in the correct unit according to our locale. I'm from India and we follow Celsius as the unit, but the NTP shows temperature in Fahrenheit. 

My take is to provide an option for the units. Otherwise the previous behavior of checking the locale can also be restored.
