Teams chat in outlook in edge

Hello

I am having a strange issue. I have 1 laptop and 1 desktop, both running windows 10 and latest edge browser. on my desktop, when I open outlook web by using edge browser, the skype for business chat app is loaded, but on my laptop, the teams chat app is loaded. 

On my desktop, if I signed in with different profile in edge, the teams chat is loaded in my outlook web, which is correct. Also, I tried with chrome, always teams chat app is loaded in outlook web
