Taskbar jumplist is broken again but in stable

I rarely use Edge stable as I used Edge Dev as my primary browser but there's a time I accidentally opened Edge stable and found out that the Taskbar jumplist bug has returned.

Chrome stable doesn't have this issue so I had no idea what cause this in Edge stable.

I had tried an old fix when Edge Dev had this issue but to no avail it doesn't work on stable. Any help is appreciated.
