Tab hover cards

Question

When mousing over a tab the hover card appears

but it starts to flash if you highlight just below the text,

this happened before, i posted via smiley.

Also on the issue of the smiley i have sent several issues via smiley

but am no longer receiving an conformation email.

Yeah last update on Edge Dev 79.0.287.2 messed it up for me was all good previous build, but changed flag to default. Ta for the info

You're welcome, I hope they add image hover card instead to see tab preview of other tabs like in Edge classic or google chrome
