You should be able to enable it to be always on through the Experimental Flags: edge://flags/#edge-reading-view.

v-gapart Unfortunately edge has removed the experimental flag after version 123, so how do u enable it? is there a work around with an extension, or do we need to wait until they add it again in a feature update? thanks
