Strange high CPU usage on youtube videos
I was playing some random Youtube videos in Edge and I noticed some unusual noise coming from the radiator fans (I have a custom fan curve based on CPU temp) I looked into my motherboard debug...
I've found a fix for this, you have to install the script: "YouTube CPU Tamer – Hybrid Edition".
edit: "YouTube CPU Tamer by AnimationFrame" + "YouTube JS Engine Tamer" seems to work better.
Great script, I loaded it with the extensions required in Brave and got that output in the console.
It seems like it's not working due to some shield, but even with both disabled (Brave Shield and uBlock), the message persists. Did this happen to you, or did you notice any improvements despite this?
