Steps to replicate the Facebook drop box scrolling bug

1- Scroll down the Home page (any amount is fine)

2- Click on the bell

3- Scroll down with the mouse wheel

4- The background page will scroll down instead of the Notifications list

5- Scroll up until you reach the top of the page

6- The drop-down Notifications list will start working

 

You must reach the top of the page to reenable the Notifications list.

    Yeah, thanks for the tip.  I've had this same problem lately....  Maybe it will be fixed this next updat.....  NicolSD
