Splash Screen
It takes so much time to start up Edge on windows startup especially on low end Hardware It will be lovely to see the new beautiful edge icon on the splash screen It shows atleast the the browser ...

How much old are we talking about?
Because I've got a 10 years old laptop, (4GB DDR3 RAM, i5 First gen CPU) and Edge starts slowly but so does any other programs on that laptop. it's running Windows 10 1909 though 🙂
HotCakeX I am not complaining about the edge starting slow. But I am saying it would be a better experience to have a splash screen. The Edge (EdgeHTML) have almost the same startup time but due to splash screen it feels that it is quicker. My old laptop (4GB DDR3, i3 Fourth gen., Windows 10 2004)
- Oh yes gotcha, the splash screen that all UWP apps show immediately after launch
