Special Characters displaying on llbean.com Using Edge.

Folks I have a client that see's various special characters on the llbean.com site. 

Now I think this is more a OS problem, she's on W10 latest because it happens on three browsers. 

I have reset all three same result. Does not happen on her phone or other PC's at her location. 

I'm kind of stumped on a direction to look.
