Some Notification System warn you of a new version available to download.

Some notification System that alerts you to a new version available to download. A if we knew at the time that we have a new version available. To its effect to notify you that you need to restart the browser to apply the changes.

    xL3aMS1x 

    When an update is available, the Settings and More Button [ ... ] will turn into a green button with two arrows making a circle, indicating that there is an update ready to install and you need to restart your computer.
