some extension acting weird since version 76.0.152.0
for example windscribe , when click the icon on the menu bar, it will open 4 tabs of the extension.
it works fine before version 76.0.152.0
same problem with canary 76.0.155.0

Hi uccoffee, you might want to file feedback with the in-app feedback (smile icon next to the menu). This will allow you to capture a screenshot and some telemetry that might help us understand which code paths are involved.
