Smaller Bug while I'm updating Microsoft Edge

When The Microsoft releases a new version of Microsoft Edge while I'm checking for the new updates, the circle become bigger and then it becomes small again. The circle is the same the Google's Chrome browser. It's happens only I'm checking to the new updates and then it disappears.
