Slow smooth scrolling bug after upgrade to 94

After updating to the latest version 94.0.992.37, some sites do not work correctly with mouse wheel, if smooth scrolling is disabled, the problem disappears, I have tested it in all chromiun based browsers, and the bug is in all of them , I downgrade to version 93 to check if it is a bug introduced in that version 94.0.992.37 and it is, follow link below some references to reproduce the problem when scrolling with the wheel.
