Site opens and closes immediately

About the web page opens and closes itself, if I run from a shortcut,

And no problem if Canary is already open (the web page opens in a new tab) or if I copy the link in the address bar.

I found where the bug comes from, and it really has nothing to do with the problem, so very difficult to find

Where I can indicate so that took it into account ?
I already indicated the problem by the Feedback (but without the "solution")
