Signin not supported when running edge as an administrator
Hi,
try enabling this flag and see if it helps
type in the search: De-elevate browser on launch
Enable it and then restart your Edge.

Okay right-click on the Edge insider's icon and go to properties.
then in the compatibility tab, make sure this option is Not checked.
Also could you please mention what type of user account are you using? is it a normal administrator or the built-in Administrator account that is disabled by default in Windows?
lastly, why do you need to run Edge as administrator? and do you have any other accounts in your computer that are Non-administrators? (aka Standard user accounts)

thanks a bunch! below is what i did.
i was able to solve the issue by modifying my role in the user accounts in control panel.
see attached screen shot.
but after it synced, i am still facing an issue with broken images (particularly from google services)
can you please help with broken images issue? any guidance?

That's good, although i'm using latest Windows 10, i only have 1 account and it's the administrator, using Microsoft personal account, i don't have this problem.
for images try clearing browser data from here: edge://settings/clearBrowserDatanevermind, just saw your other post and looks like you've already tried that.
can you do something? right-click on that broken image icon that is not loading and select "open image in new tab" or select "copy link address", then paste it in a new tab and see if the image loads for you or not, if it doesn't tell me what error message you get.
you could also paste the link here so i can test it too.
