Show imported guides in new tabs and not closed

Hello, when I open edge, it is showing Imported guides, but it has no option to change anything, I didn't activate anything special, it just started to appear in the stable version

I believe that disabling this option should solve the problem, the strange thing is that I didn't move or agree with something to enable this.
