Should I join Microsoft Teams? (Issues with Microsoft Solitaire)

Hi everyone! 🤗 

I'm having trouble with the "Tough But Fair" achievement in Microsoft Solitaire Casual Games. I've completed the requirements (winning on Easy, Medium, Hard, and Expert difficulty) multiple times, but the achievement hasn't unlocked.

I've already tried troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, clearing data, and using different devices. I've also contacted Zendesk support, (ad nauseum) but haven't received a definitive solution. (And rarely a coherent response that is relevant to trouble shooting the issue) 

Here's what I've already done:

Completed all difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert)

Then at the request of Zendesk. 

Reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire Casual Games

Cleared app data and cache

Tried playing on both PC and Android devices

Used multiple different wi-fi networks. 

Uploaded the log files for solitaire from Android and Windows PC, on FOUR different occasions over a Five month period. Apparently, the first three times weren't enough. 

Does anyone else have experience with this achievement not unlocking?

By the way, all the other achievements have populated. So I don't know? You tell me... Maybe if I reformat my hard drive, and re- install Windows??? 

Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. should I join Microsoft Teams? Are these the same people troubleshooting Solitaire issues.
