Shopping Comparison Source Data

We have an app where there is negotiated pricing between the business and the customer and this popup is now showing pricing from other websites with potentially lower pricing and coupons. We do not want that to show. I guess the question is:

1. Can we opt-out of this feature on our website via script/meta or some other method?

2. Where is the data coming from that triggers the Shopping feature? is it from meta on the page like JSON/schema or something else?
