Several webcam pages no longer work

This page is an example of a webcam page that contains several webcams that are no longer working. They do work in another browser!

    Same here with: http://www.ilerousse.port.fr/webcam/.

    Since 04.09.

    If I set the PC back to 01.09. (Recovery point/Wiederherstellungspunkt), then it works again, but only 1 time. After, it works no more...

      I think, the problem is: HEVC (H.265)

      Edge does not have it and Internet Explorer has it,m and on I.E. I can open the web cams...
