Settings, Appearance off/on switches?

What happen to all the switches in the Appearance section of settings?  It is starting to look like a ghost town..      Dennis5mile

The part which evaporated is Customize toolbar, happily not in the Edge Dev for Linux. Perhaps new option will be added? For example - Apps Manager I asked for few days ago through Feedback? Or it's a short lived slip...
