separate insights from Bing AI (sidebar)

Edge can 

discover has 3 options, chat compose and insights 

I think insights alone can be added in another option (discover).

and please rename the Discover with Bing AI, as Bing chat or some other name like it 

I'm asking you to separate because people are less likely to use it often
