Select dropdown menu background color is different between two machines

I have a empty select dropdown without any options in it, when i open it in my one machine the menu is showing in white background. When the same html in another machine - menu dropdown color is black.

Please let me know on how to resolve this issue. I would like to show the background color of menu in white only.

Note: Both systems are used same version of edge and no css is used and background color css is also tried.
