I have Microsoft 365, business. I also have multiple profiles . My multiple profile selections do not look like your selections. I have last used , Personal ( with an old email) and Profile 1. Most importantly I need to delete that old email ( Gmail ). It was a company that let me go. Not even sure how it become my personal profile? any help would be appreciated.
