Security Vulnerabilities for Base Function App offical Images

Hi Team, 

              We are observing too many vulnerabilities in Base Images (Dotnet and Python) for functions apps . 

The images utilized are as follows:

mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/dotnet:4

mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/python:4-python3.9

We found like there is OS and Nuget vulnerabilities for the above images even after upgrading to latest versions.

Could you please suggest on this.
