Scrollbars do not update when zooming with touchscreen or touchpad

Question

This issue is not specific to Edge, it is a Chromium issue, but Google is really dragging their feet on this one, so can Microsoft please get this one done? The "old" Edge does this perfectly...&nbsp; Here is the Chromium bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=456861

issue is still present in Canary. Apparently it depends on this? https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=661236
