Saving cookies file ?

There are some articles on this topic but I would like to know how I can save a cookies.txt file from in my case; YouTube. 

The articles I've read mentioned to use the developers tools but although I see the cookies files for YouTube, I don't know how to save specifically cookies.txt for YouTube ?
