Saved Username and Passwords

Hello everyone,

Has anyone else had the following problem happen?  All my usernames and passwords are gone; they have disappeared from Edge. I believe this happened after an update but I'm not sure. If this has happened to someone, were you able to fix it and retrieve everything that was lost?
