Saved password listed in email field

I went to log into my Best Buy account and noticed that my password was listed in the email field instead of my email.  Then when I clicked in the password field, it gave me a suggestion for which email to use (which is normal).  Between the two, anyone could easily get into my account.  Minor compared to my relatively insignificant Best Buy account, but I could see how this would be a major concern if it is happening to email/Facebook/banking accounts as well.
