Same version on desktop and laptop but different context menus

Hi guys!

I am using Edge Chromium on win11 in the version 116.0.1938.62 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit). Strange thing is that I do have in some cases different context menu entrys. For example, the context menu on the desktop computer allows me to directly download a picture from Instagram, while on the laptop, the context menu does not offer this function

I have activated synchronisation and have the same few enhancements installed:

• AdGuard
• Bitwarden
• Search by image
• Microsoft Editor

Anyone an idea, why Edge Chromium shows two different context menus?
