RTX 4080 does not clock down with WQHD 300HZ monitor on Edge

I noticed when I tested my new monitor, on 3440x1440 and 165hz and other monitors everything is normal. Only the 300HZ WQHD does not let the graphics card clock down "memory and GPU clock" , in Firefox it works fine and the graphics card clocks down. That's why I write the bug report here
