I am using the same stable build as you do. I am not facing this issue until I visit your given website. I think the problem is with the website itself. I recommend you to contact website support for this issue.

I can tell this to you confidently now because I tried this website on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and it is not working. So, you may need to contact the website support team to resolve this issue.
